Welcome to the delivery and subscription terms (“Terms”) for the American Artesian™ online store (our “Store”).
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“the customer”) and American Artesian LLC
(“American Artesian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern all purchases made through our Store.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy,
and any other applicable policies noted on our website.
When you sign up for a recurring subscription, you agree to receive automatic, scheduled shipments
from American Artesian™ at the frequency and quantity you select. Your preferred payment method will
be charged accordingly, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Subscriptions remain active until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your Account
or by emailing hq@americanartesian.com.
There is no cancellation fee. If your next shipment has already been processed,
that shipment will still be fulfilled and charged. Your subscription will be canceled
prior to the next billing cycle.
Prepaid subscriptions are available in 3-, 6-, and 12-month terms. These plans are billed in full
at the time of purchase and do not automatically renew.
All prepaid subscriptions are final sale and non-refundable. However, you may request to have
all remaining shipments delivered at once by contacting
hq@americanartesian.com.
Prices are locked at the time of purchase and are not subject to retroactive adjustments.

To protect our customers and ensure a secure experience, we reserve the right to screen all
orders for signs of fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse.
We may decline, cancel, or suspend any order or account at our discretion.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at
hq@americanartesian.com.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and represent
that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You grant American Artesian™ permission to process your payment through secure third-party services.
Product pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify promotions, or discontinue products at any time.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout,
including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer
once the product is handed over to the carrier for delivery.
We are not liable for delays, damages, or lost shipments once an order is in transit.
We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not to your satisfaction,
please contact us at hq@americanartesian.com
within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Once fulfilled and delivered in good condition, all sales are considered final.
