Return Policy

American Artesian™ does not accept product returns. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at delivery@americanartesian.com and our team will gladly review the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be damaged or unfit for consumption due to delivery issues, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, and if applicable, ship a corrected order at no additional cost.

For shipments that appear delayed, please allow up to 10 business days from your order date to account for standard carrier delivery times before reaching out.
