Subscriptions<\/h2>\n

Subscription Period<\/h3>\n

The Service, or certain parts of the Service, are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan You select).<\/p>\n

At the end of each Subscription period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.<\/p>\n

Subscription Cancellations<\/h3>\n

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal by contacting the Company or through Your account settings, if available.<\/p>\n

You will not receive a refund for fees already paid for the current Subscription period, and You will continue to have access to the Service through the remainder of the paid Subscription period.<\/p>\n

Billing<\/h3>\n

You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information, including name, address, payment method, and billing contact information.<\/p>\n

If automatic billing fails for any reason, the Company may issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment within the stated deadline.<\/p>\n

Fee Changes<\/h3>\n

The Company reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period. Reasonable notice of fee changes will be provided.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h3>\n

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted solely at the Company\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

ZIP Availability and Exclusivity<\/h2>\n

Certain ZIP codes offered through the Service may be designated as exclusive or semi-exclusive.<\/p>\n

Premium and Growth ZIP subscriptions are generally offered on an exclusive basis to one subscriber per ZIP code. Standard ZIP subscriptions may allow multiple subscribers within the same ZIP code.<\/p>\n

ZIP code availability, classifications, pricing, and exclusivity status are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.<\/p>\n

Failure to maintain an active Subscription or timely payment may result in the loss of exclusivity or ZIP code access.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

No Guarantee of Business Results<\/h2>\n

DayOne provides marketing, homeowner-introduction, informational, alert, mailing, and communication services only.<\/p>\n
