Find answers to common questions — or reach out if you need help with your account, membership, or story access.
Try resetting your password using the Forgot Password link on the login page.
If you still cannot access your account, contact us and we’ll help you right away.
If you’re on the $5/month plan:
Log in and go to your Dashboard → Subscribed Stories.
Your two selected stories will appear there every 30 days.
If you’re on the $10 or $15/month plan:
Log in and go to the Stories page on the main menu.
You’ll see the entire library unlocked based on your plan level.
You can update your information under Dashboard → Profile.
Go to Dashboard → Billing & Payments and update your card details.
You may cancel anytime in Dashboard → Billing & Payments.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
We accept credit/debit cards, with Apple Pay and Google Pay coming soon.
All stories are available directly in your Dashboard under Subscribed Stories, organized by series and city.
Audio appears right beside each story on the reading page.
Just click the story → the audio player is immediately available.
No downloads, no extra steps.
Bonus Stories are exclusive, high-quality releases available only to $15 members — giving you extra cities, deeper adventures, and more Spanish immersion every month.
