By placing an order, submitting documents, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and Refund Policy (“Terms”). These form a binding agreement between you and Fast Passport Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You authorize Fast Passport Center to submit your U.S. passport or travel visa application to the U.S. Department of State, passport agencies, foreign embassies, or consulates, and to receive delivery of the issued document on your behalf. Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579), government employees cannot discuss your application with us without your consent. By agreeing, you provide this written authorization.
A travel itinerary (or employer letter/hotel confirmation) is often required for expedited processing. You are responsible for providing it.
We are not liable for delays or errors by third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) or issues from incomplete/inaccurate information you provide.
Fast Passport Center is a privately owned, U.S. Department of State-registered courier under the passport agency hand-carry program. Our couriers undergo federal background checks and follow strict standards. This registration allows us to hand-deliver applications to participating agencies and retrieve passports/visas when authorized.
We are not part of, affiliated with, or an agent of the U.S. government, the U.S. Department of State (beyond registration and approved status), or any foreign authorities.
We specialize in expedited U.S. passports (new, renewals, lost/stolen, child, etc.) and international travel visas.

Government processing is solely controlled by authorities and subject to change. We make reasonable efforts but offer no guarantees (express or implied) on approval, timing, or results. We are not responsible for policy changes, additional requests, denials, or delays.
Do not book non-refundable travel until you receive your documents. All information we provide is for assistance only and used at your risk.
Due to limited submission slots, refunds are limited:
Non-refundable orders remain valid for 12 months (processable later or transferable to family/friend). No refunds for changes in travel plans, carrier delays, lost items, government issues, or incomplete information.
Requests require our electronic Refund Request Form (contact us for it). Refunds to original payment method; approval not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to service fees paid (excluding government fees). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages (e.g., lost travel, expenses). We disclaim liability for third-party actions (government, carriers).
You release and hold us harmless from related claims.
We are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, government actions, strikes).
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved exclusively in Florida courts.
We may update these Terms; changes posted with new effective date. Continued use = acceptance.
