About the Role

Server Direct is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to join our Quality & Testing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every server and component meets our performance and reliability standards before it reaches our clients. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians and engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct multi-point hardware testing and quality checks.
  • Assemble, configure, and troubleshoot servers and components.
  • Maintain accurate inspection and test documentation.
  • Collaborate with logistics to prepare units for dispatch.
  • Diagnose and repair defective components where applicable.
  • Follow ESD and safety protocols during assembly.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in testing efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in server hardware, IT support, or related technical field.
  • Knowledge of Dell, HPE, or Lenovo server platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with RAID, BIOS, and OS-level testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Degree or certification in IT, Computer Hardware, or equivalent experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in testing efficiency.
