We act solely as a procurement partner, contracting directly with authorized distributors and technology vendors to source the most competitive pricing and the best-fit solutions for our clients’ IT needs. Capitalleaves purchases products on behalf of its clients and arranges delivery; we do not hold inventory or resell any equipment or software.

Capitalleaves is compensated exclusively by its clients under separate service agreements—either through a fixed monthly retainer or on a per-procurement/per-service basis. These fees are set independently of any list or net pricing for hardware and software. Our recommendations are based entirely on each client’s requirements and budget, and we maintain full transparency regarding all fees charged for our services.
