the same for everyone—and that’s the point. Whether a student is pursuing a
trade certification, enrolling in a community college, or heading to a four-year university, we offer services that meet them where they are and support them through the journey ahead.
Our programming is designed to remove barriers, build confidence, and
connect youth with real opportunities.
We help students research schools, meet deadlines, write compelling personal statements, and complete FAFSA forms with confidence.
From our own S.E.E.D. Scholarship to national and local awards, we walk students through identifying and applying for the funding they need.

We match students with mentors in their field of interest—engineers, electricians, educators, healthcare professionals, creatives, and more—so they gain insight, encouragement, and perspective from someone who’s walked the path.
We connect students to hands-on learning experiences that build skills, resumes, and networks—essential for both trade and academic careers.
Throughout the year, we host free and low-cost sessions on topics like:
