PACE exists to make research work for social good. Our vision is for a world where research and evidence create fairer, healthier communities by putting people and their lived experiences at the heart of change.
Our work is guided by the principles of equity, participation, and integrity. These principles shape everything we do from research design to delivery.
We aim to work with over 25 communities and organisations in research that reflects their realities.
We reinvest a portion of consultancy income into building research capacity among underrepresented researchers and communities.
We Listen – We Co-Design – We Deliver. Our process ensures research is inclusive, impactful, and community-rooted.
PACE is led by Glory, a public health researcher, lecturer, and advocate for inclusive research. Her expertise spans maternal and child health, community-based approaches, and equity-focused research design. Glory brings a lived understanding of global health challenges and a passion for making research more accessible, ethical, and impactful.
She holds a PhD in Public Health and has worked across academic, health, and community sectors to support research that is rooted in trust and representation.
“I started PACE to change how research is done, with, not just about, the communities most impacted by inequality.” – Glory
