1. Services Provided
We provide podcast production services, which may include:
- Audio and video editing
- Multicam stitching and clean-up
- SEO-focused titles, thumbnails, and descriptions
- Publishing to platforms (YouTube, Apple, Spotify, etc.)
- Strategic consulting and growth coaching (for premium plans)
The specific services delivered depend on the package you purchase. Details can be found on our Pricing Page or in your signed agreement/invoice.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of raw files (video/audio, episode notes, etc.)
- Clear communication and approvals when needed
- Meeting agreed-upon timelines (e.g. providing materials at least X days before scheduled release)
3. Revisions Policy
All plans include a limited number of revisions per episode (usually 1–2 rounds). Additional revisions or major content changes after editing has started may incur extra charges.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround times depend on the complexity of the podcast episodes but range from 5-10 business days.
Rush requests may be available at an additional fee.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
All services are billed monthly in advance. You agree to:
- Pay all fees on time, according to your selected plan
- Use a valid payment method and keep it current
We do not offer refunds once editing work has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of your original audio/video files and the final edited episodes.
We reserve the right to use short clips, screenshots, or project summaries in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload or submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or violates intellectual property laws
- Misrepresent your affiliation with our company or reuse our branded materials without permission
- Use our services to promote harassment, misinformation, or dangerous content
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if these conditions are violated.
8. Confidentiality
We will treat your unpublished materials and private communications as confidential. Any internal systems, templates, or proprietary tools we provide remain the intellectual property of Take This Podcast and may not be shared or reused outside of our agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Take This Podcast is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Platform publishing errors outside our control (e.g., Spotify downtime)
- Delays caused by third-party vendors, tools, or force majeure events
In all cases, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.
10. Termination
- Payment is overdue by more than 7 days
- The client is unresponsive for more than 14 days
- Terms of acceptable use are violated
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
