Pham Saigon will gladly accept eligible merchandise for exchange, or refund within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return does not meet the following conditions on examination, then the return will be rejected and a refund will not be issued:

  • The item has been purchased via the Pham Saigon website
  • The item is returned in its original packaging & condition, new, unworn and unwashed with tags
  • The item is not soiled/impacted by products or odour
  • The item is not damaged in any way
  • Multiple orders are not combined and are returned using the correct unique return labels
  • The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and details of the return request have been entered into our returns portal

Returns that are damaged, unsaleable or do not meet these conditions will be rejected, with the refund or exchange request denied.

  • Customers outside of the UK/ USA/EU

For all other international customers, If you have changed your mind about an item, we, unfortunately, do not offer free or local returns but do hope to offer this service in the future, please request your return through our Returns Portal and this will provide an unpaid address label to print for your convenience.

The cost of postage is not covered and therefore choice of postage provider is down to you although we recommend posting at a location that can weigh your parcel, provide a proof of postage receipt and an appropriate level of tracking/ insurance please keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

You must include your order number, name, address and reason for return on a piece of paper with the products.

Processing Times for Returns

Our aim is to always process returns as quickly as possible although it can take a little longer at busy times, once your return has been processed at our warehouse you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your return and our Customer Services team will action your refund/exchange request as soon as possible after this.

Please retain all proof of postage receipts until you are satisfied your refund/exchange request has been completed.

Please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund. The refund will be made on the same payment method used in your original purchase.

You’ll be notified by email when the refund is issued. If you haven’t received your refund after 21 business days, please contact us at support@phamsaigon.com for assistance.

Returning Faulty Items

If you receive an item in a faulty condition please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you with this. Please include images of the faulty item, and confirm your order number when contacting us.

If you are concerned that an item ordered less than 3 months ago has become faulty, please contact our customer service team at support@phamsaigon.com with your name and order number.

Reduced Refund

We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the refund criteria. If you have changed your mind about your item, your shipping costs will not be refunded. If you are paying in a currency other than GBP, USD, EURO or CAD exchange rates can fluctuate between the time of purchase and refund which may impact your refund amount.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email support@phamsaigon.com for confirmation. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation if your order is already being processed.

Can I exchange my order/address?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you would like to update the style/color/size or shipping address, please send us an email at support@phamsaigon.com with the new info before the parcel is shipped.

Will I be charged for duties and taxes?

For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. In certain countries, customers will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

How do I exchange or return items?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging. For complete details.

We are not offering exchanges at the moment. You will need to return the item you would like to exchange and then place a new order for the items you want.

Do you ship internationally?

We are delighted to provide FREE worldwide shipping to most countries for orders over USD $200 (excluding taxes, duties, and international processing fees). To find out the specific shipping costs for your location, please contact us at support@phamsaigon.com for further help.

How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery time for your order may vary depending on your location, ranging from 5 to 30 days. For more specific information regarding the estimated delivery time for your area,  please contact us at support@phamsaigon.com for further help.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email containing tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched. If you have not received the email, please contact us at support@phamsaigon.com. to check the status of your package.

Why is my order not arriving within the estimated timeframe?

We work hard to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched quickly. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and subject to third party services. Pham Saigon cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delivery delays etc.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We provide Shipping Protection as an option for selected countries, offering coverage for package loss, damage, and delay, click for more details or contact us at support@phamsaigon.com for inquiries.

Why did my payment fail or get rejected?

Our discount codes are one-time use only. If you return an item you bought with a discount code, the code won’t be reusable and any points earned from that purchase will be deducted.
